by commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service and I am not
responsible for any issues caused from failure to read the notice.
general:
I retain the right to post the artwork unless otherwise agreed.
Do not resell, reproduce, or use the artwork commercially (merch, books, games, nft, etc). (Commercial rights will cost extra, and we can discuss.)
I retain the right to refuse your request if i feel uncomfortable.
payment:
All payments are accepted via PayPal in USD.
no refunds. 50% of the payment will be upfront and 50% after the sketch. (However, if I do not meet the deadline, i will refund you 100%.)
Payments are made through PayPal invoices for transparency and security.
once your form is received, i will reach out to your provided form of contact.
process:
receive request, send quote and confirm
initial payment
sketch and confirm (Minor changes are free; major changes may incur additional fees)
secondary payment
lineart -> base color -> render -> final touches
the final product will be delivered to you via email.delivery time is typically around 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of the queue.If there’s a delay, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.
